Within the wonderfull hobby of HAM-radio my special interest and efforts go to homebrewing the antenna's for my radiostation. I started, 10 years ago, with a homebrew 20 meter dipole at moderate hight. Soon I experienced the thrill of making contacts around the world with "a wire".

Feeling the need for upgrading, I could either take a shortcut and just buy commercial antenna's, or try to understand whats going on in an antenna and do some "experiments". You'll find mainly antenna stuff on this site, all info is based on both theoretical and practical exercises in an effort to find the right station setup and "chasing the rare ones"
